My Heatle stops the heating process in the middle. I see an icon that the rod is not connected to the device. What can I do?

If your Heatle cancels the heating process and this symbolappears, the rod is not connected to the heatle base.


If you are only using one rod and there are no other rods in the vicinity of your Heatle base,

start a heating process again and observe the red LED.

The LED must light up continuously during the heating process and goes out as soon as the heating process is finished.



If you are using two rods or a new rod for your device, please first make sure that you are using your device in DUO mode.

Go to the settings and activate DUO mode.

You can find DUO mode under the settings of your Heatle with the three dots "..."


 

If other heaters are being used in the vicinity, only use your wand in SINGLE mode and start the heating process again.

If the LED on the rod does not light up continuously and the heating process keeps cancelling,


the connection problem is probably with your rod. Please contact our customer service so that we can get a better picture. When contacting us, please have a picture of the front and back of your Heatle ready, as well as a short video in which we can see the heating process complete with rod.
