I received a new rod from you. The new rod doesn't work either. What could be the reason?

If you have received a new Rod from us, it is important to set your Heatle to DUO mode.

You can find the DUO mode under the settings of your Heatle with the three dots “...”




If your new Rod still does not work, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
