My rod light no longer lights up. The heating process does not start. What can I do?

The LED must light up continuously during the heating process and goes out as soon as the heating process is finished. If the LED on the rod is not permanently lit and the heating process keeps cancelling, the connection problem is probably with your rod.

Please contact our customer service so that we can get a better picture. When contacting us, please have a picture of the front and back of your Heatle ready, as well as a short video in which we can see the heating process complete with rod.
