As a first step, we can offer you the following help:
- Try to remove the button completely. This is relatively easy. Grasp the button and pull it out firmly. You can also try to push it out a little to the side with an auxiliary object.
- Now you can grease the inside of the button housing a little, if available. Important: It should be a silicone-based grease! Please only apply the grease to the inside and not all the way to the back of the sensor.
- Then put the button back on the device.
If your device still does not respond to the button, we recommend replacing the button with a new one in the next step.
