The knob on my Heatle no longer responds properly. What can I do?

As a first step, we can offer you the following help: 

  1. Try to remove the button completely. This is relatively easy. Grasp the button and pull it out firmly. You can also try to push it out a little to the side with an auxiliary object.
  2. Now you can grease the inside of the button housing a little, if available. Important: It should be a silicone-based grease! Please only apply the grease to the inside and not all the way to the back of the sensor.
  3. Then put the button back on the device. 


If your device still does not respond to the button, we recommend replacing the button with a new one in the next step.
